摘  要:不同学生的学习能力、兴趣和需求各不相同,教师应根据学生的具体情况实施个性化教学,因材施教。然而,在实践中仍存在认识不足、资源有限等问题。教师应遵循因材施教、多元发展、动态调整的原则,通过分层教学、兴趣激发、多元评价、运用信息技术等多种策略,满足不同层次学生需求,培养学生的自主学习能力,促进学生的全面发展,实现个性化学习支持,以更好地推进语文个性化教学实施,有效提高教学质量。Different students have different learning abilities,interests,and needs,and teachers should implement personalized teaching and teach according to their specific situations.However,there are still problems such as insufficient understanding and limited resources in practice.Teachers should follow the principles of individualized teaching,diverse development,and dynamic adjustment,and use various strategy such as layered teaching,interest stimulation,diverse evaluation,and information technology to meet the needs of students at different levels,cultivate students'self-learning abilities,promote their comprehensive development,and achieve personalized learning support,in order to better promote the implementation of personalized Chinese language teaching and effectively improve teaching quality.
