摘  要:Osteosarcoma is a primary malignant bone tumor that commonly occurs in children and adolescents.It is highly malignant and prone to metastasis,with a very poor prognosis.There is currently no effective treatment for this disease.1 SIK2(salt-inducible kinase 2),which is located on human chromosome 11,belongs to the AMPK(AMP-activated protein kinase)family that regulates energy metabolism.
