摘  要:目前国内地铁的最高运行时速已经达到160 km,而现有研究主要针对列车速度120 km/h及以下的减振垫浮置板轨道进行时域分析、频响应分析及减振效果评价,但对160 km/h更高时速下减振垫浮置板轨道研究较少,因此本文针对减振垫浮置板轨道核心部件减振垫进行研究,主要分析不同减振垫及刚度下轨道结构的动力特性及减振特性。利用ABAQUS分析不同减振垫刚度下轨下结构的动力学性能,通过动力响应及减振计算分析发现,随着减振垫刚度的减小,钢轨和轨道板垂向位移和加速度有所增加,轨道结构减振效果有所增加;通过谐响应分析揭示垂向共振是轨道结构出现垂向振动波峰的根本原因。综合考虑轨道结构动力特性和减振性能,推荐选用面刚度0.012~0.024 N/mm3减振垫进行减振设计。At present,the maximum running speed of the domestic subway has reached 160 km/h,and the existing research mainly focuses on the time domain analysis,frequency response analysis and vibration reduction effect evaluation of the shock-absorbing pad floating plate track with the train speed of 120 km/h or even below.However,there are very few studies on the track of the floating plate of the damping pad at a higher speed of 160 km/h.This paper focuses on the research of the damping pad of the core component of the floating plate track,and mainly analyzes the dynamic and vibration damping characteristics of the track structure under different stiffness of the damping pad.In this paper,the finite element software ABAQUS was used to analyze the dynamic performance of the under-rail structure under different damping pad stiffness.Through dynamic response and vibration reduction calculation,it was found that with the decrease of cushion stiffness,the vertical displacement and acceleration of rail and track plate increase and the vibration reduction effect of track structure increases also.Through harmonic response analysis,it was revealed that the vertical resonance is the root cause of the vertical vibration resonance of the track structure.Considering the dynamic characteristics and vibration reduction performance of the track structure comprehensively,it is recommended to select the surface stiffness of 0.012-0.024 N/mm3 for vibration damping pad in vibration damping design.
