摘  要:为研究钢轨波磨对高速列车牵引齿轮振动特性的影响,采用谐波函数描述钢轨波磨不平顺,研究在钢轨波磨波长为100~150 mm、波深为0.01~0.05 mm下牵引齿轮的振动响应特性。应用傅里叶变换得到牵引齿轮振动加速度频谱,发现钢轨波磨激励是影响牵引齿轮振动响应的关键因素。结果表明:随着钢轨波磨波长的减小、波深的增加会使主动齿轮垂向振动加速度增大,主动齿轮垂向振动加速度峰值变化周期与钢轨波磨波长和轮对转动周期成正相关;柔性轮轨下的主动齿轮垂向振动加速度幅值相比于刚性轮轨明显增大,在钢轨波磨和车轮转频共同作用下,考虑柔性轮轨时的主动齿轮垂向振动加速度幅值会出现拍振现象,且能反映出轮轨激励高频成分和较高频率内的振动响应。In order to study the influence of rail corrugation on the vibration characteristics of traction gears of highspeed trains,the harmonic function was used to describe the rail corrugation irregularity,and the vibration response characteristics of traction gears under the rail corrugation wavelength of 100-150 mm and the wave depth of 0.01-0.05 mm were studied.The Fourier transform was used to obtain the vibration acceleration spectrum of the traction gear.It was found that the rail corrugation excitation is the key factor affecting the vibration response of the traction gear.The results show that the vertical vibration acceleration of the driving gear increases with the decrease of the rail corrugation wavelength and the increase of the wave depth.The change period of the vertical vibration acceleration peak of the active gear is positively correlated with the rail corrugation wavelength and the rotation period of the wheelset.The vertical vibration acceleration amplitude of the active gear under the flexible wheel-rail action is much larger than that under the rigid wheel-rail action.Under the combined action of rail corrugation and wheel rotation frequency,beat vibration phenomenon will appear for the vertical vibration acceleration amplitude of the active gear considering the flexible wheel-rail,which can reflect the high frequency component of wheel-rail excitation and the vibration response in higher frequency range.
