摘  要:农村小学英语教师的专业能力直接影响学生的英语学习效果,良好的专业能力可以帮助教师更好地组织和实施教学活动,提供高质量的英语教育。为了提高农村小学英语教师的教学水平和专业能力,该文探讨有效的培养策略,通过对农村小学英语教师现状的分析,提出一系列具体可行的培养策略。这些策略涵盖教师培训、资源支持、课程设计等多个方面,旨在为农村小学英语教师提升专业能力提供更全面的支持和帮助,通过实施这些策略,期待未来看到农村小学英语教师教学水平的显著提升,为农村教育事业的发展贡献力量。The ability of rural primary school English teachers directly affects the effectiveness of students'English learning.Good skills can help teachers better organize and implement teaching activities,and provide high-quality English education.In order to improve the teaching level and professional ability of rural primary school English teachers,this article aims to explore effective training strategies.By analyzing the current situation of English teachers in rural primary schools,a series of specific and feasible training strategies are proposed.These strategies cover multiple aspects such as teacher training,resource support,and curriculum design,aiming to provide more comprehensive support and assistance for rural primary school English teachers to enhance their professional abil it ies.By implementing these strategies,we look forward to seeing a significant improvement in the teaching level of English teachers in rural primary schools in the future,and contributing to the development of rural education.
