“双高计划”视域下深化“专创融合”的路径研究

摘　　要：“专创融合”是高职院校服务国家创新战略的重要抓手,也是院校“双高”建设的重点任务。在“双高计划”视域下深化“专创融合”,能够推动高素质创新型人才的培育、促进职业教育的内涵式发展、助力国家创新型战略强国目标的实现。但目前在“双高计划”下,高职院校在深化“专创融合”中仍面临一些问题,该文采用系统分析的方法对这些问题进行梳理和总结,并结合高职院校具体的实践活动,从3个方面提出完善路径,即构筑“专创融合”良性教育生态圈、建立创新创业“学分银行制”、打造“双师四能”引领性教师队伍,以期为高职院校深入推进“专创融合”提供参考意义。The integration of specialization and innovation is an important lever for vocational colleges to serve the national innovation strategy,and also a key task for the construction of“double high”in colleges.Deepening the integration of specialization and innovation under the perspective of the“double high plan”can promote the cultivation of high-quality innovative talents,promote the connotative development of vocational education,and help achieve the goal of building a national innovative strategic power.However,currently under the“double high plan”,vocational colleges still face some problems in deepening the integration of specialization and innovation.In the research,a systematic analysis method is used to summarize these problems,and combined with specific practical activities of vocational colleges,improvement paths are proposed from three aspects:building a virtuous educational ecosystem of“specialization and innovation integration”,establishing a“credit bank system”for innovation and entrepreneurship,and building a leading teaching team of“dual teachers and four abilities”,to provide reference significance for more vocational colleges to deepen the integration of specialization and innovation.
