摘　　要：新时代,提升校外实践基地的建设质量,是深化校企合作、充分发挥实践基地实践育人功能的重要举措。该文针对基地建设和管理中存在的问题,探索“三方一体”的校外实践基地模式和运行机制,主要包括完善组织制度保障、强化基地的建立和管理、规范基地运行机制、提升实习导师指导能力、构建多主体多维度的实习成果评价方法等,通过探索实践,提高了基地建设质量,提升了基地运营效果,实现了基地可持续发展。Enhancing the construction quality of off-campus practice bases in the new era is crucial for deepening school-enterprise cooperation and maximizing the practical educational benefits of these facilities.This article investigates the model and operational mechanisms of the“tripartite integration”off-campus practice base in response to issues encountered in base construction and operation.It focuses on enhancing the organizational system assurance,strengthening base establishment and management,standardizing base operation mechanisms,improving the guidance capabilities of internship mentors,and developing a comprehensive multi-subject and multi-dimensional evaluation method for internship achievements.Through exploration and practical experience,we have enhanced the quality of base construction,improved the operational effectiveness of the base,and achieved sustainable development.
