摘 要:当前,我国成人高等教育数字化转型存在无法为学习者提供个性化和定制化的数字化学习资源和教育服务、教师的数字素养不能适应成人高等教育数字化转型的需求、地方政府对数字化转型的资金支持力度不够、数字化技术与传统教学模式尚未实现深度融合等问题。对此,本文提出优化数字化教学资源的顶层设计、提高教师队伍的专业化水平和数字素养、加强对成人高等教育机构的资金支持力度、构建大数据评价体系以促进成人高等教育可持续发展等应对策略,并展望成人高等教育数字化转型的未来发展,以期对成人高等教育数字化转型的思考和研究有所助益。At present,there are several challenges in the digital transformation of adult higher education in China,including the inability to provide personalized and customized digital learning resources and educational services for learners,teachers'digital literacy not meeting the needs of the digital transformation of adult higher education,insufficient financial support from local governments,and the lack of deep integration between digital technology and traditional teaching models.In response to these issues,this article proposes strategies such as optimizing the top-level design of digital teaching resources,improving the professional level and digital literacy of the teacher team,strengthening financial support for adult higher education institutions,and constructing a big data evaluation system to promote the sustainable development of adult higher education.It also looks forward to the future development of adult higher education in digital transformation,hoping to contribute to the thinking and research on the digital transformation of adult higher education.
