高校服务新质生产力发展的知识机理与实现

摘　　要：从知识层面审视,新质生产力的发展是一种由知识创新引发的生产力形态变革。它对高校的知识创新提出了扩大学科内容的知识供给、推动科学研究的知识迭代、开辟成果转化的知识耦合等内在诉求。高校服务新质生产力发展的知识机理包含知识的选择、组织和转化三个层面,即在知识选择层面达成异质知识汇聚,推动学科框架的知识更新;在知识组织层面实施纵向与横向的加工,生成互相联结的知识序列;在知识转化层面建构以交叉学科的知识境脉服务成果应用的创新链。基于此,高校需要重塑知识选择的标准,建构与新质生产力发展相适应的知识体系;统筹知识组织的过程,促进知识空间的相互渗透;制定学科交叉的知识规划,推动高校知识转化的提质升级。From the knowledge perspective,the development of new quality productive forces is a transformation of productive forces driven by knowledge innovation.It demands higher education institutions to expand the supply of knowledge across disciplines,promote the iteration of scientific research knowledge,and create knowledge coupling for the transformation of research outcomes.The knowledge mechanisms of higher education institutions in serving the development of new quality productive forces involve three levels:knowledge selection,organization,and transformation.At the knowledge selection level,the convergence of heterogeneous knowledge is achieved to promote knowledge updates in the discipline framework.At the knowledge organization level,vertical and horizontal processing is implemented to generate interconnected knowledge sequences.At the knowledge transformation level,an innovation chain is constructed to serve the application of results through interdisciplinary knowledge.Based on this,universities need to reshape the standards of knowledge selection,build knowledge systems that align with the development of new quality productive forces;coordinate the process of knowledge organization to promote mutual penetration in knowledge spaces;and formulate interdisciplinary knowledge plans to enhance the quality and upgrading of knowledge transformation in higher education institutions.
