英国特色教师教育体系形成的历史脉络与制度逻辑——基于历史制度主义视角

摘  要:英国是较早进行现代教师教育改革的国家之一,于第二次世界大战后开始构建特色教师教育体系。基于历史制度主义视角审视英国特色教师教育体系的形成历程可以发现:在纵向历史路径上,英国特色教师教育体系经历恢复重建期、尝试多元培养多方问责的探索期、确立标准化制度的成型期、追求卓越的巩固期、迈向世界一流的深化期五个阶段。在横向制度逻辑上,政治制度、经济环境等宏观因素影响英国特色教师教育体系形成的深层结构;教师教育协同问责制度和多元培养制度的路径依赖使英国特色教师教育体系呈现渐进式转型的发展势态;多个利益相关者之间的博奔是英国特色教师教育体系形成与发展的动力机制。Britain is one of the earliest countries to carry out modern teacher education reform,and began to build a characteristic teacher education system after World War II.Examining the formation of the teacher education system with British characteristics from the perspective of historical institutionalism,we can find that:in the vertical historical path,the teacher education system with British characteristics has experienced five historical stages:the period of restoration and reconstruction,the exploration period of trying to cultivate multi-party accountability,the formation period of establishing standardization system,the consolidation period of pursuing excellence,and the deepening period of moving towards world-class.In horizontal institutional logic,factors such as political system and economic environment affect the deep structure of the British characteristic teacher education system.The path dependence of teacher education collaborative accountability system and multi-training system makes the teacher education system with British characteristics present a progressive transformation.The game between different stakeholders is the driving mechanism of the formation and development of the teacher education system with British characteristics.
