摘 要:家庭和幼儿园是两个异质的开放组织,因促进儿童发展的共同目标而建立关系,然而现实中家园合作一直存在由于权力地位不平等而导致的诸多困境。从资源依赖的角度看,基于生存和获取教育资源的需要,家庭、幼儿园从一开始就被置于一个资源竞争和调和的网络关系中,从而导致不平等的权力关系。家园互动极易呈现消极互赖的状态。要从根本上缓解资源消极依赖进而打造平等的家园权力关系,应在增强各主体的自主性和减少对单一组织的资源依赖方面下功夫:增强幼儿园的自主权与独立性,稳定幼儿园在资源依赖基础上保持教育的主导地位;增强家庭的教育选择权,提升家庭获取教育资源的能力;确保政府对学前教育的制度保障和经费支持。Families and kindergartens are two heterogeneous open organizations that establish relationships based on the common goal of promoting children s development.However,in practice,home-kindergarten collaboration has long faced challenges stemming from unequal power dynamics.From the perspective of resource dependence theory,families and kindergartens are placed in a network of resource competition and reconciliation from the outset due to their needs for survival and access to educational resources,resulting in unequal power relations.Interactions between homes and kindergartens tend to manifest as negative interdependence.To fundamentally alleviate resource-based negative dependence and establish equal power relations,efforts should focus on enhancing the autonomy of each party and reducing reliance on single organizations.Specific measures include strengthening the autonomy and independence of kindergartens to stabilize their leading educational role under resource dependence,expanding families educational decision-making rights and their capacity to obtain educational resources,and ensuring governmental institutional guarantees and financial support for preschool education.
