摘  要:为探讨记忆偏向矫正技术对学习适应不良青少年学业自传体记忆的干预效果,选取60名学习适应不良的初中生,随机分为干预组和对照组各30名。干预组接受记忆偏向矫正技术干预,对照组未接受任何干预。结果显示,与对照组相比,干预组学生的学习适应性显著提高,自传体记忆内容更加具体化,记忆连贯性水平显著提升。研究表明,记忆偏向矫正技术能够有效改善学习适应不良青少年的自传体记忆特征及其学习适应能力。In order to explore the intervention effects of memory bias correction techniques on the academic autobiographical memory of maladaptive adolescents,60 maladaptive middle school students were selected and randomly divided into an intervention group(30 students)and a control group(30 students).The intervention group received memory bias correction interventions,while the control group did not receive any intervention.The results showed that,compared with the control group,the students in the intervention group demonstrated significantly improved academic adaptability,more specific autobiographical memory content,and significantly enhanced memory coherence.The study indicates that memory bias correction techniques can effectively improve the autobiographical memory characteristics and academic adaptability of maladaptive adolescents.
