摘 要:当前教育应对人口变化时存在以人口变动为指挥棒、以资源利用效率为标准、以国内的人口与教育为封闭系统来调整和规划教育发展的误区,对教育的人口功能、教育质量的提高以及教育和人口的开放性关注不足。本研究认为应以辩证思维审视人口变化与教育发展的关系,用好普遍联系的观点,避免教育与人口变化的简单线性思维;用好两点论和重点论,抓住提高教育质量和人口健康发展等核心议题;用好一分为二的观点,全面看待人口变化对教育发展的影响。应强化教育的人口功能,找到被动适应与主动作为的平衡;以质量思维统领资源思维,抓住人口变动契机提高教育质量;关注教育和人口的开放性,扩大教育高水平对外开放,打造教育的中国品牌。present,when education responds to demographic change,there is a misunderstanding that population change is the baton,resource utilization efficiency is the criterion,and population and education in the country is a closed system for adjusting and planning the development of education,and there is insufficient attention to the demographic function of education,the improvement of the quality of education,as well as the openness of education and population.The relationship between demographic change and educational development should be examined with dialectical thinking,using the viewpoint of universal connection to avoid simple linear thinking about education and demographic change;using the two-pointed and focused viewpoints to grasp the core issues of improving the quality of education and the healthy development of the population;and using the one-intwo viewpoint to take a comprehensive view of the impact of demographic change on educational development.We should strengthen the demographic function of education,find the balance between passive adaptation and active action;lead the resource thinking by the quality thinking,seize the opportunity of the demographic change to improve the quality of education;pay attention to the openness of education and population,expand the opening up of education to the outside world,and create the Chinese brand of education.
