摘 要:职业院校女教师的思想政治状况关乎职业教育发展的正确方向和人才培养质量,更关乎女教师自身发展。部分职业院校所开展的女教师思政工作,还存在协同工作模式不健全、思政教育缺乏针对性、工作条件保障不到位、评价标准层次不分明的困境。构建以党建引领为核心,以强化女教师思想认知、培植情感内化、锤炼意志品质、提升实践能力为目标的“一核四维”思政工作模式,是落实《普通高校教师党建和思想政治工作质量标准(试行)》的应然之举,也是传承教育家精神的必然之义,更是摆脱新时代女教师发展困境的实然之路,有助于提升职业院校的新质思政工作能力和育人实效。The ideological and political status of female teachers in vocational colleges is not only related to the correct direction of vocational education development and the quality of talent cultivation,but also to the personal development of female teachers.The ideological and political work carried out by some vocational colleges for female teachers still faces challenges such as incomplete collaborative work models,lack of targeted ideological and political education,inadequate guarantee of working conditions,and unclear evaluation criteria.Building a"one core,four dimensions"ideological and political work model with party building as the core,aiming to strengthen the ideological cognition of female teachers,cultivate emotional internalization,temper willpower and quality,and enhance practical abilities,is a necessary measure to implement the"Quality Standards for Party Building and Ideological and Political Work of Ordinary University Teachers(Trial)",an inevitable way to inherit the spirit of educators,and a practical path to overcome the development difficulties of female teachers in the new era.It helps to enhance the new quality ideological and political work ability and educational effectiveness of vocational colleges.
