摘  要:学前教育专业承担着培育“两代师表”的重任,高质量“双师型”教师队伍是提高幼教人才培养质量的重要保证。当前,高校学前教育专业“双师型”教师培养存在幼儿园参与度不高、高校教师实践缺乏深度和广度、过程管理和结果评价缺乏成熟的制度和体系、榜样示范作用不明显等实际问题。基于此,文章提出完善政校企(园所)三方协同培养的各项政策和制度、拓宽高校与幼儿园双向培养的广度与深度、优化培养过程管理和考核认定标准、重视榜样示范作用等举措,以达成高校和园所双赢的局面,共同助力学前教育的高质量发展。The preschool education major bears the responsibility of cultivating"two generations of teachers",and a high-quality"dual teacher"teacher team is an important guarantee for improving the quality of early childhood education talent cultivation.At present,there are practical problems in the training of"dual teacher"teachers in preschool education majors in universities,such as low participation in kindergartens,lack of depth and breadth in practical experience of university teachers,lack of mature systems and systems for process management and result evaluation,and unclear role models.Based on this,the article proposes measures to improve various policies and systems for the tripartite collaborative training of government,schools,and enterprises(kindergartens),broaden the breadth and depth of two-way training between universities and kindergartens,optimize the management and assessment standards of the training process,and attach importance to the role of role models and demonstrations,in order to achieve a win-win situation for universities and kindergartens and jointly promote the high-quality development of preschool education.
