摘  要:养成教育是培养学生良好行为习惯、道德品质,为学生终身学习和发展打下坚实基础的有效途径。小学阶段是学生性格形成和习惯养成的关键阶段,养成教育对其未来发展具有深远影响。探究学生养成教育内涵特质、实然困境及应然路径,对提高教育质量和促进学生全面发展有着十分重要的意义。养成教育的开展路径有加强家校合作、统一教育理念,培养自我管理能力、建立激励机制,优化教育资源配置、促进教育公平,实施个性化教育计划、关注个体差异,构建多元化评价体系、注重综合素质。Cultivation education is an effective way to cultivate students'good behavior habits and moral qualities,laying a solid foundation for their lifelong learning and development.The primary school stage is a crucial stage for the formation of students'personalities and habits,and nurturing education has a profound impact on their future development.Exploring the characteristics,practical difficulties,and appropriate paths of cultivating students'educational connotations is of great significance for improving the quality of education and promoting students'comprehensive development.The development of cultivation education should strengthen cooperation between families and schools,unify educational concepts,cultivate self-management abilities,establish incentive mechanisms,optimize the allocation of educational resources,promote educational equity,implement personalized education plans,pay attention to individual differences,build a diversified evaluation system,and focus on comprehensive qualities.
