摘  要:近年来,餐饮食品安全问题频发,引发了公众的广泛关注。高职烹饪专业的学生作为未来烹饪行业人才的后备力量,其责任重大。本文对“餐饮食品安全”课程进行了深入剖析,通过深入挖掘思政元素,构建了餐饮食品安全课程思政育人的实践路径,旨在通过课程内容与思政教育的深度融合、教学方法与手段的创新等方式,全面提高学生的食品安全意识和思政素养水平。In recent years,the frequent occurrence of food and safety problems has aroused widespread public concern.As the reserve force of future culinary talents,the students of higher vocational cooking major have great responsibilities.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the course of"Food safety",and constructs a practical path of ideological and political education in the course of food and beverage safety through in-depth exploration of ideological and political elements,aiming to comprehensively improve students'food safety awareness and ideological and political literacy through the deep integration of course content and ideological and political education and the innovation of teaching methods and means.
