摘 要:随着食品工业的迅猛发展及公众对食品安全要求的不断提升,微生物检验的地位愈发突出。在食品工程领域内,微生物检验作为保证食品品质与安全的核心步骤,其重要性不容小觑。然而,现有的微生物检验技术面临操作程序缺乏标准化、检验人员技术水平差异较大以及仪器设备陈旧等问题,这些问题制约了检验结果的精确度与可信度。鉴于此,本研究探索了食品工程中微生物检验质量改进的策略,力求为食品行业提供更加科学且高效能的微生物检验手段,以保证食品的安全性并符合消费者的期望。With the rapid development of the food industry and the continuous improvement of food safety standards by the public,the status of microbiological testing has become increasingly prominent.In the field of food engineering,microbiological testing is a core step in ensuring food quality and safety,and its importance cannot be underestimated.However,existing microbiological testing techniques face challenges such as a lack of standardized operating procedures,significant differences in the technical proficiency of testing personnel,and outdated instruments and equipment,which constrain the accuracy and credibility of testing results.In view of this,this study explores strategies for improving the quality of microbiological testing in food engineering,aiming to provide the food industry with more scientific and efficient microbiological testing methods to ensure food safety and meet consumer expectations.
