摘 要:高校劳动教育课程包括理论课程和实践课程两个部分,这两个部分之间应该是一种并重或并举的关系,也就是同时要抓好理论课程和实践课程,不能失之偏颇。在当前高校普遍重视实践但课程化不足并且理论部分尚未有真正课程化的情况下,需要认真学习有关文件精神,把劳动教育的理论课程和实践课程并举作为课程建设目标。为了实现理论课程和实践课程的并举,高校劳动教育首先需要有全新的课程理念。为了贯彻劳动教育的课程地位理念、课程目标理念和课程评价理念,真正将高校劳动教育变成有地位、受重视的独立课程,需要同时着力提升劳动教育理论课程和实践课程的共同育人价值,在实施策略上注重将“劳动创造人”的思想、“劳动价值论”的思想、“科学劳动”的思想、“崇尚劳动、热爱劳动、辛勤劳动、诚实劳动”的劳动精神、“人与动物的本质区别是从制造和使用工具开始”的思想,同时贯穿劳动教育理论课程和实践课程的全过程,全面提高学生的劳动素养,使学生树立正确的劳动观念、具备必备的劳动能力、培育积极的劳动精神、养成良好的劳动习惯和品质,进而实现立德树人的总目标。The labor education curriculum in colleges and universities comprises two main components:theoretical courses and practical courses.By the directives of relevant documents,these two components should be of equal impor-tance,meaning that both theoretical and practical courses need to be well-balanced and not neglected.At present,while col-leges and universities generally emphasize practical skills,there is a need for greater attention to the theoretical aspect,which has not yet been fully integrated into the curriculum.Therefore,it is essential to carefully study the spirit of the rele-vant documents and prioritize the development of both theoretical and practical labor education courses in curriculum con-struction.To achieve a balance between theoretical and practical courses,labor education in colleges and universities must first adopt a brand-new curriculum concept.To implement curriculum status,curriculum objectives,and curriculum evalua-tion concepts and truly establish labor education as an independent and significant course,efforts must be made to enhance the common nurturing value of both theoretical and practical labor education courses.This involves focusing on the ideas that“labor creates humanity,”“labor has intrinsic value,”“scientific labor,”“the spirit of labor,”and“the essential differ-ence between humans and animals lies in the making and using of tools.”Additionally,the concepts of“respect for labor,love of labor,hard work,and honest labor”should be integrated throughout the entire process of both theoretical and practi-cal courses to comprehensively improve students’labor literacy.This approach aims to help students establish a correct labor concept,acquire necessary labor skills,cultivate a positive labor spirit,and develop good labor habits and qualities,there-by achieving the overarching goal of fostering virtue through education.
