八段锦促进学生职业生涯发展的策略研究——以财经类高职院校为例

摘　　要：该文剖析了高职财经院校不同专业群学生的职业健康状况,并探讨了传统体育健身气功,特别是八段锦在促进大学生职业生涯发展及协同育人方面的作用与价值。八段锦作为传统健身气功的典型代表,该文依据职业生涯发展理论、身体运动规律以及职业风险特点,设计并规划了在财经类院校实施健身气功运动项目的具体策略:构建科学的课程体系,明确课程定位,合理设计课程内容,以增强学生对民族文化的认知;同时,整合“线上+线下”课程资源,建立健身气功工作坊。该文旨在从大学生职业生涯发展和育人这两个角度出发,探讨在财经类高职院校推广健身气功以延展大学生职业生涯的可行性,旨在为财经类高职院校实现传统健身气功在全方位育人中的积极作用提供理论支撑和指导。The article analyzes the occupational health of students in different disciplines in vocational colleges of finance and economics,and explores the role and value of traditional sports Qigong,especially Baduanjin,in promoting college students's career development and collaborative education.Baduanjin,is a typical representative of traditional fitness Qigong,Based on the theory of career development,the laws of physical exercise and occupational risks,the article designs and plans the implementation strategy of fitness Qigong sports projects in financial and economic colleges:constructing a scientific curriculum system,clarifying positioning of the curriculum,reasonably designing curriculum contents,to enhance students'understanding of national culture;At the same time,integrating"online+"offline"course resources,and establishing a fitness Qigong studio.This research aims to explore the feasibility of promoting fitness Qigong in financial and economic vocational colleges to extend the careers of students from the perspective of of career development and education,aiming to provide theoretical guidance for financial and economic vocational colleges to realize the positive role of traditional fitness Qigong in all-round education.
