高职院校构建龙狮传统文化育人新模式探究

摘　　要：龙狮传统文化在高职院校育人工作中扮演着重要角色,是提升学生道德修养及综合能力的重要途径。高职院校应深入挖掘龙狮文化的内涵与价值,探究其在育人工作中的重要作用,并据此提出一系列切实可行的策略,从而实现龙狮文化与高职教育的深度融合。该文首先阐述龙狮传统文化的内涵,随后分析其在高职院校育人工作中的价值,最后提出构建龙狮传统文化育人新模式的具体策略,以期为高职院校育人工作的开展提供有益参考。The traditional culture of dragon and lion plays an important role in the education of higher vocational colleges,and is an important way to improve students'moral cultivation and comprehensive abilities.Higher vocational colleges should deeply explore the connotation and value of dragon and lion culture,explore its important role in the education of higher vocational colleges,and then put forward a series of practical strategies based on this,aiming to achieve the deep integration of dragon and lion culture with higher vocational education.This paper first expounds the connotation of traditional dragon and lion culture,then analyzes its value in the education of higher vocational colleges,and finally puts forward a specific strategy for constructing a new model of traditional dragon and lion culture education,aiming to provide reliable guidance for the development of education in higher vocational colleges.
