“三全育人”视域下民办高职院校辅导员核心职业能力提升的时代要求、现实挑战与实践路径

摘　　要：全球教育改革浪潮下,民办高职院校面临着转型与发展的重要机遇和挑战。如何有效实施教育理念,优化人才培养模式,提升教学质量,成为其当前面临的重要课题。辅导员作为学生工作的重要执行者,在这一过程中起着关键作用,因而提升辅导员的职业能力以适应新时代的要求显得日益迫切。“三全育人”理念强调全员、全过程、全方位育人,为辅导员的角色重塑和职业能力提升提供了重要的理论基础和实践指引。因此,文章以“三全育人”理念为视角,通过分析当前辅导员职业能力提升面临的时代要求和现实挑战,结合民办高职院校的实际情况提出切实可行的应对策略,以期推动民办高职院校教育质量提升。Under the wave of global education reform,China's higher education is facing important opportunities and challenges for transformation and development.As an important component of the higher education system,how to effectively implement the educational concept,optimize the talent training model,and improve the teaching quality of private higher vocational colleges has become an important issue at present.Counselors play a key role in this process,as important executors of student work,so it is increasingly urgent to improve the professional ability of counselors to meet the requirements of the new era.The concept of"three comprehensive education"emphasizes the education model of all employees,the whole process and the whole circle,which provides an important theoretical basis and practical guidance for the role reshaping and professional competency improvement of counselors.Therefore,from the perspective of the concept of"three comprehensive education",this paper analyzes the requirements and practical challenges faced by the current counselors'professional competency improvement,and puts forward practical coping strategies based on the actual situation of private higher vocational colleges,in order to promote the in-depth implementation of the concept of"three comprehensive education",promote the professional development of counselors,and provide theoretical support for the improvement of the education quality of private higher vocational colleges.
