摘　　要：在新质生产力时代,技工院校立德树人工作面临新挑战与新机遇。本文创新性地提出“党建引领、工匠精神为核心、四大支柱支撑、多元路径实施”的战略框架,并围绕“技能·品德·创新”三维一体理念,深入探索立德树人机制与路径优化。通过课程思政融合、校园文化熏陶、心理健康教育等多维度机制,强化立德树人根基;深化校企合作、产教融合,优化课程体系与教学方式,提升师资素质。通过案例实践验证,这些创新策略显著提高了技工院校立德树人的实效性,为国家培养更多高素质技能人才。In the era of new-quality productivity,the cultivation of morality and talents in technical colleges faces new challenges and opportunities.This paper innovatively proposes a strategic framework centered on"Party building leadership,craftsmanship spirit as the core,supported by four pillars,and implemented through multiple paths."Surrounding the three-dimensional concept of"skills,morality,and innovation,"it delves into the mechanisms and optimized paths for cultivating morality and talents.By employing multi-dimensional mechanisms such as integrating ideological and political education into courses,fostering campus culture,and conducting mental health education,the foundation for cultivating morality and talents is strengthened.Collaboration between schools and enterprises,as well as integration of industry and education,are deepened to optimize the curriculum system and teaching methods,and to enhance the quality of teachers.Through case studies and practical implementation,these innovative strategies have significantly improved the effectiveness of cultivating morality and talents in technical colleges,contributing to the development of more high-quality skilled talents for the country.
