摘  要:小组合作关系空间涉及的是小组合作在社会层面的互动。学生在关系空间的互动演变过程、互动情境以及互动机制等关键问题,对有效合作学习至关重要,但尚未得到充分关注。本研究以混合学习环境下采用小组合作学习方式学习慕课的高校学生为研究对象,采用扎根理论的方法,从小组学习反馈和焦点团体访谈的原始数据中提炼概念和类属,剖析了小组成员在关系空间的互动演变过程及其对应的互动情境,并进一步阐释了三种类型的互动机制:快速协同型、逐步协同型和循环调整型。为促进快速协同的理想互动模式,教师应提供合作学习策略培训、干预假合作现象、指导关系空间元策略及设计科学的合作学习评价方案。希望研究结果对高校教师有效开展小组合作教学具有借鉴价值。The relational space involves the social dimension to the social interaction in collaborative learning.A well-functioning relational space is a guarantee for successful collaborative learning.However,interaction mechanisms arising from the evolution process concerning students’interactions in the relational space remain insufficiently explored.Using grounded theory,this article focuses on college students engaged in group collaboration in the MOOC-based blended learning,extracts concepts and categories from the original data collected from the groups’feedback on collaborative learning and the supplementary focus group interviews,and analyzes the evolution process concerning students’interactions in the relational space and its corresponding interaction scenarios,hence interprets three types of interaction mechanisms:rapid synergy,gradual synergy,and cyclic adjustment.To promote the ideal interaction model of rapid synergy,teachers are suggested to provide training on collaborative learning strategies,intervene necessarily in pseudo-collaboration phenomena,guide meta-strategies in the relational space,and design scientific evaluation schemes for collaborative learning.Thefindings could provide insights for college teachers who intend to foster successful collaboration among students by way of collaborative learning.
