摘 要:分析化学实验综合化改革,可以有效提升实验教学质量,促进学生实验技能、科学思维和创新能力的全面发展。本文以差分脉冲伏安法测定药片中维生素C含量为具体案例,详细介绍了差分脉冲伏安法测定维生素C的原理、操作步骤、结果分析以及该方法在实验教学中的应用效果。实践证明,通过对基础分析化学实验的综合化改革,不仅推动了实验教学的创新与进步,深化了学生对基础理论的理解和掌握,而且提高了他们解决问题的能力,为他们日后在专业领域的学习和科研工作中奠定了坚实的基础。The comprehensive reform of analytical chemistry experiments is an important way to improve the quality of experimental teaching,and it is of great significance for cultivating students'experimental skills,scientific thinking,and innovative spirit.Taking the determination of the content of vitamin C in tablets using the differential pulse voltammetry method as a specific case,this article elaborates on the principle,operation steps,result analysis of differential pulse voltammetry for determining vitamin C,and the application effect of this method in experimental teaching.Practice has proven that through the comprehensive reform of basic analytical chemistry experiments,it not only promotes the innovation and progress of experimental teaching,deepens students'understanding and mastery of basic theories,but also improves their problem-solving ability,and lay a solid foundation for their future studies and research work in their professional fields.
