高职道桥专业“产学研用”创新型教学模式研究

摘  要:黄河水院在校企合作、产教融合的大形势下进行了一系列的教学改革,各二级学院也在产教融合的基础上成立了产业学院,并进行了深度产教融合。基于当前深度产教融合方面的教学改革,作者针对高职道桥专业提出了“产学研用”创新型教学模式。该创新型教学模式依据企业实际生产过程涉及的知识点进行引导式教学,对生产过程中遇到的实际问题进行校企合作研究,并且将研究结果应用于工程实际。该模式指明了学生学习的目的、方向,提高了学习动力,教师所做研究也更有应用价值,提高研究成果的转换率。Yellow River Conservancy Technical Institute has carried out a series of teaching reforms in the context of school-enterprise cooperation and integration of industry and education.Each lower level teaching department has also established productive education colleges based on the integration of industry and education,and has further developed teaching methods that combine industry and education.Based on the current teaching reform that combines deep industry and education,the author proposes an innovative teaching model of“industry-university-research-application”for vocational road and bridge major.This innovative teaching model guides teaching based on the scientific and technological knowledge required by the actual production process of the enterprise,the difficulties encountered in the production process require joint research and resolution by schools and enterprises,and the research results are applied to practical engineering.This model indicates the purpose and direction of student learning and enhances their motivation to learn,the collaboration between teachers and enterprises for practical problem research is more practical,and it increases the conversion rate of research results.
