摘 要:老年教育师资队伍的建设问题已经成为我国终身教育发展的一个瓶颈性的时代课题。目前,老年教育师资队伍存在师资结构失衡、专业化程度不足、身份认同与职业发展艰难、政策与资源保障不足、协同机制与生态建设滞后等诸多问题。优化老年教育师资队伍,应以“短中期突破瓶颈、长期构建生态”为原则,构建分阶段推进的体系化培养路径。短期上,解决师资队伍供应端缺口,快速提升师资质量;中期上,建立专业教育体系,组建专职教师队伍;长期上,做好顶层设计,深入改革我国老年教育体制。通过体系化培养,构建一支合格的老年教育师资队伍,推动终身教育向纵深发展。The construction of the teaching staff for elderly education has become a bottleneck issue in the development of lifelong education in China.Currently,there are numerous challenges for the teaching staff team in elderly education,including imbalanced teacher structure,insufficient specialization,identity recognition and career development dilemma,inadequate policy and resource guarantee,and lagging coordination mechanism and ecological construction.To optimize the elderly education teacher workforce,the principles of"short-and medium-term breakthroughs to address bottlenecks,and long-term ecological construction"should guide the development of a phased,systematic training pathway.In the short term,efforts should aim to fll the supply-side gaps in the teacher workforce and quickly enhance teacher staff quality;in the medium term,a specialized education system should be established,along with the formation of a dedicated teaching team;in the long run,comprehensive top-level design and deep reforms of the elderly education system in China should be implemented.Through systematic training,a qualified elderly education teacher workforce can be established,promoting the deepening development of lifelong education.
