摘 要:目的 对比分析在五年制高职护理学生儿科护理实践技能培养中存在的问题以及优化对策后的效果。方法 选取五年制高职学校中2023年9月—2024年2月参加儿科护理实践技能培养的46名护理学生作为研究对象,并以随机方式将这些学生划分为两组:观察组(23人)、对照组(23人)。对照组的护理学生采用常规护理方法进行培养,观察组护理学生采用以儿科护理实践技能为导向的形式开展培养工作。对比两组护理学生培养效果。结果 观察组护理学生儿科护理实践技能考核成绩比对照组要高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组护理学生的基础护理、特殊护理、心理护理干预等能力的得分均较高(P<0.05)。并且,相比于对照组,观察组护理学生对儿科护理实践技能培养模式的满意度也较高(P<0.05)。以儿科护理实践技能为导向的五年制护理学生护理实践技能的培养可提升教学效果。结论 五年制高职护理学生儿科护理实践技能培养中将实践技能作为导向,可以整体提高护理学生儿科护理的技能以及综合素养,并同步提升学生的满意度,具有实践价值。Objective To analyze the problems in the training of pediatric nursing practice skills in five-year vocational nursing students and the effect of optimizing the countermeasures.Methods Forty-six nursing students who participated in pediatric nursing practical skills training in September 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into two groups:observation group (23) and control group (23).The nursing students in the control group were trained by routine nursing methods,and the nursing students in the observation group were trained in the form of pediatric nursing practice skills oriented.Compare the training effect of the two groups of nursing students.Results Observation group nursing students had higher pediatric nursing practice skills assessment scores than the control group (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the nursing students in the basic nursing students in the observation group scored higher (P<0.05).In addition,the nursing students in the observation group were also more satisfied with the pediatric nursing practice skills training model compared with the control group (P<0.05).The cultivation of five-year nursing students' nursing practice skills with pediatric nursing practice skills oriented can improve the teaching effect.Conclusion Taking practical skills as the guidance of practical skills,it can improve the pediatric nursing skills and comprehensive quality of nursing students,and improve students' satisfaction simultaneously,which has practical value.
