摘  要:行动研究是职业教育实践的重要范式,“岗课赛证”融通是职业教育的内在要求。四川卫生康复职业学院基于行动研究范式开展了老年保健与管理专业《老年人综合能力评估》课程“岗课赛证”融通教学改革实践,在提升老年保健与管理专业学生综合职业能力和教师专业化发展力方面作用显著。“岗课赛证”融通理念和行动研究方法的有机结合,既为新时代老年健康服务相关专业的课程建设提供了思路,也为行动研究在职业教育中的应用进一步提供了实证。Action research is an important paradigm for vocational education practice,and the integration of “job-course-competition-certification” is an intrinsic requirement of vocational education.Sichuan Vocational College of Health and Rehabilitation has carried out an integration of “job-course-competition-certification” in the teaching reform practice of the “Comprehensive Ability Assessment of the Elderly” course in the major of elderly health care and management,based on the action research paradigm.This reform has significantly improved the comprehensive professional capabilities of students and the professional development of teachers.The organic combination of the concept of “job-course-competition-certification” concept and the action research method not only provided ideas for the curriculum construction of elderly health service in the new era but also offered empirical evidence for the application of action research in vocational education.
