摘 要:高职教师数字化教学能力提升是应对教育数字化转型的必然举措。当前高职教师数字化教学能力提升面临着智慧校园服务建设与数字化转型发展之间的不均衡、教师培养培训体系的针对性与个性化定制尚待完善、教师教学评价体系亟需变革、教师数字化自我赋能学习意识与能力不足等梗阻,本文提出“一主线两平台四驱动”的策略:以提升高职教师数字化教学能力为主线,利用好教师发展中心和国家智慧教育公共服务平台,通过人机协同,打造和谐共生的数字化教学新生态;以训赋能,拓宽教师数字化研修服务平台;以评促改,建立健全教师数字化教学能力评价体系;以赛促教,积极探索与实践数字技术的教学应用,从而实现技术赋能教师教学能力发展,提升高职院校教师的数字化教学能力。It is an inevitable measure to deal with the digital transformation of education to improve the digital teaching ability of higher vocational teachers.Currently,the improvement of the digital teaching ability of higher vocational teachers faces obstacles such as the imbalance between the construction of smart campus services and the development of digital transformation,the need to further perfect the pertinence and personalized customization of the teacher cultivation and training system,the urgent need to reform the teacher teaching evaluation system,and the insufficient awareness and ability of teachers for digital self-empowerment learning.This paper puts forward the concept and strategy of“one main line,two platforms and four driving forces”:taking the improvement of the digital teaching ability of higher vocational teachers as the main line,making good use of the Teacher Development Center and the National Smart Education Public Service Platform.Through human-machine collaboration,a new digital teaching ecosystem featuring harmonious symbiosis is created;empowering through training to expand the digital research and training service platform for teachers;promoting improvement through evaluation to establish and improve the evaluation system for teachers’digital teaching ability;promoting teaching through competitions to actively explore and practice the teaching application of digital technologies,so as to achieve the development of teachers'teaching ability enabled by technology and improve the digital teaching ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
