高职院校教师发展研究的现状与趋势(2006-2023年)——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

摘  要:教师是人才强国的第一资源,高职院校教师发展是培养“大国工匠”的重要条件。运用CiteSpace可视化分析软件对近十七年来(2006-2023年)我国高职院校教师发展研究状况进行系统分析,发现高职院校教师发展相关研究在2007年之后得到快速发展,研究的热点主题包含高职院校教师发展的问题和对策研究、教师发展路径研究、教学团队研究、教学能力研究、教师培训研究、教师评价研究等。通过对我国高职院校教师发展的相关文献统计分析,揭示高职院校教师发展研究的进展和研究趋势,以期为未来研究者提供有益的启示与借鉴。Teachers are the primary resource for building a talent-strong countryr and the development of teachers in higher vocational colleges is crucial for cultivating"great country craftsmen".Using CiteSpace visual analysis soft-ware,this study systematically analyzes the research status of teacher development in Chinese higher vocational col-leges over the past 17 years(2006-2023).The study found that research related to teacher development in higher voca-tional colleges has developed rapidly since 2007.The hot topics of research include problems and countermeasures in the development of vocational college teachers,teaching team research,development path research,teaching ability research,teacher training research,teacher evaluation re-search,etc.Through statistical analysis of relevant literature on teacher development in China's higher vocational col-leges,this study reveals the progress and research trends in this field,aiming to provide valuable insights and references for future researchers.
