摘　　要：软件工程课程的教学与现实软件开发之间存在较大的鸿沟,人才培养难以满足行业需求。提出了教学中存在的教学项目脱离实际、教学时间有限、团队协作能力培养不足、教学项目规模受限等问题。从新技术融入课堂滞后、学科间知识融合不足、校企关注重点存在差异、忽视学生软技能培养四个方面分析了问题产生的原因。提出了全面掌握软件开发技术、加强学生软技能培养、采取有效的教学方法、密切学校和企业的联系等策略,以期解决两者之间存在鸿沟的问题,为软件工程课程教学提供有益借鉴。There is a significant gap between the teaching of software engineering courses and the real software development,and it is difficult to meet the needs of the industry.Some problems exist in teaching,such as detaching from reality,limited teaching time,lack of teamwork training and limited scale of teaching projects.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems from four aspects:the lag in the integration of new technology into the classroom,the lack of knowledge integration between disciplines,the differences in the focus of school and enterprise,and the neglect of the cultivation of students'soft skills.This paper puts forward some strategies,such as comprehensively mastering software development technology,strengthening the cultivation of students'soft skills,adopting effective teaching methods,and keeping close contact between schools and enterprises,so as to solve the problem of the gap between them and provide useful reference for the teaching of software engineering courses.
