摘 要:随着数智化时代的到来,食品行业面临着深刻的变革和创新,这对高职院校食品类专业的人才培养提出了新要求。在分析高职院校食品类专业优化升级的必要性和紧迫性以及现状与问题的基础上,探索出优化课程体系、强化实践教学、加强师资队伍建设、创新教学方法等专业优化升级路径,为数智化时代高职院校食品类专业发展提供有益借鉴。With the arrival of the era of digital intelligence,the food industry is facing profound changes and innovations,new requirements for the training of food professionals in higher vocational colleges have been put forward.Based on the analysis of the necessity and urgency of the optimization and upgrading of food specialties as well as the current situation and problems in higher voca-tional colleges,the optimization and upgrading paths of specialties are explored:optimizing the curriculum system,reinforcing prac-tical teaching,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,and innovating teaching methods,which provides useful reference for the development of food specialties in higher vocational colleges in the era of digital intelligence.
