摘　　要：在数字化建设背景下,混合式教学模式是突破高校创新人才培养瓶颈的一种高效方式。为构建基于混合式教学的创新人才培养模式,文章认为需要明确创新人才培养的目标定位、科学设计课程内容与教学方法、有效整合线上资源与线下实践活动以及建立多元化的考核评价机制。在实施基于混合式教学模式的创新人才培养策略时,首要的是提升专业教师的数字人文素养,其次是依托数字技术构建智慧教室,再次是优化数字化教学资源及其平台,最后要提供必要的政策与制度保障。In the context of digital construction,blended learning mode is an efficient way to break through the bottleneck of cultivating innovative talents in universities.To build an innovative talent cultivation model based on blended learning,the article believes that it is necessary to clarify the goal positioning of innovative talent cultivation,scientifically design course content and teaching methods,effectively integrate online resources and offline practical activities,and establish a diversified assessment and evaluation mechanism.When implementing innovative talent cultivation strategies based on blended learning models,the first priority is to enhance the digital humanities literacy of professional teachers,followed by building smart classrooms based on digital technology,optimizing digital teaching resources and platforms,and finally providing necessary policy and institutional guarantees.
