高校非学历教育高质量发展的探索与研究--以苏州大学为例

摘　　要：非学历教育是社会人才培养的重要手段,高校非学历教育的高质量发展具有重要意义。以高质量发展要素为依据,全面分析了近年来高校非学历教育高质量发展过程中存在的问题及根源;通过对苏州大学非学历教育情况进行分析,总结了其高质量发展探索的六大因素,剖析其中的优势、劣势及其产生原因,并对新政后进行的政策调整及现状进行了利弊分析,探讨近期的布局和规划;最后从六个方面对未来非学历教育的发展进行展望,希望为其他高校非学历教育的发展和探索提供相应的案例参考。Non-academic education is an important means to cultivate social talents,and the high-quality development of non-academic education in colleges and universities is of great significance.Based on the factors of high-quality development,this paper comprehensively analyzes the problems and roots in the process of high-quality development of non-academic education in colleges and universities in recent years.By analyzing the situation of non-academic education in Soochow University,this paper summarizes six factors of its high-quality development exploration,analyzes its advantages and disadvantages and their reasons,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the policy adjustment and current situation after the New Deal and explores the recent layout and planning.Finally,the future development of non-academic education is prospected from six aspects,hoping to provide corresponding case references for the development and exploration of non-academic education in other universities.
