学习型社会社区教育数字化场景的创新实践--以浙江省为例

摘　　要：探讨了在学习型社会框架下,浙江省社区教育数字化的实践与创新。强调了建立在普及化、终身化、灵活性、多样性原则上的学习型社会对社区教育的影响。通过“浙学通”项目实施了一系列社区教育数字化创变,诠释了数字化改革在推动终身学习和提升教育资源均等化与个性化过程中的作用。探讨了社区教育数字化的关键策略,包括技术整合、资源共享、激励机制建立和评估与调整的持续推进,旨在建立一个包容、互助的学习型社区,支撑个人和社会可持续发展。This paper analyzes the digital practice of community education under the framework of learning society,with special attention to the experience of Zhejiang Province.This paper focuses on the influence of the learning society based on the principles of universality,lifelong learning,flexibility and diversity on community education.Taking the“Zhe Xuetong”project as an example,the paper explains the role of digital reform in promoting lifelong learning and enhancing the equalization and personalization of educational resources.The paper also discusses the key strategies of digitization of community education,including technology integration,resource sharing,incentive mechanism establishment and continuous promotion of assessment and adjustment,aiming at building an inclusive and mutual learning community to support the sustainable development of individuals and the whole society.
