摘  要:如何将中华优秀传统文化融入高职院校思政育人体系?从院校内部运作的角度出发,回应全人教育的“整全性”,体现全人教育理念的联结性、包容性和平衡感原则,结合案例院校的实践探索,提出中华优秀传统文化融入高职院校思政育人体系的系统性行动框架,即通过价值耦合,双向赋能,明确思政育人新理念;通过知识整合,浸润渗透,营造思政育人新环境;通过全域课堂,全员推进,形成思政育人新载体;通过协同链接,多跨合作,重塑思政育人新机制。How can Chinese excellent traditional culture be integrated into the ideological and political education system in higher vocational colleges?From the perspective of the internal operation of colleges,in response to the“integrity”of holistic education and reflecting the principles of connectivity,inclusiveness and balance in holistic education,a systematic action framework for integrating traditional culture into the ideological and political education system in higher vocational colleges is proposed based on practical exploration.Specifically,through value coupling and two-way empowerment,a new concept of ideological and political education can be clarified.Through knowledge integration and infiltration,a new environment for ideological and political education can be created.Through the whole domain classroom and the joint efforts of all staff,a new carrier for ideological and political education can be formed.Through collaborative linking and multi-span cooperation,a new mechanism for ideological and political education can be reshaped.
