摘 要:针对教育部公布的65门继续教育课程思政示范课程进行了实证分析,从学生特征、思政元素的提炼与融入、教学实践和教学成效四个关键维度进行了深入探讨。研究发现,这些示范课程主要集中在交叉学科和工学领域,且普遍采用结构化教学模式。研究指出,为了提升继续教育课程思政的教学效果和社会影响力,需要定制化课程内容以适应成人学习者的需求,创新教学方法以增强学生的参与感和实践能力,培养教师的思政教学能力以提高教学质量。通过这些措施,可以进一步优化继续教育课程思政的教学模式,实现知识教育与价值引领的有机结合,为继续教育课程思政的可持续发展提供支持,进而提升教育质量,达成立德树人的教育目标。This study conducted an empirical analysis of 65 model courses on Civics and Politics of Continuing Education Courses announced by the Ministry of Education,and explored the four key dimensions of students’characteristics,refinement and integration of Civics and Politics elements,teaching practice and teaching effectiveness in depth.The study found that these model courses are mainly concentrated in cross-disciplinary and engineering fields and generally adopt structured teaching mode.The study points out that in order to enhance the teaching effectiveness and social impact of Civics in continuing education courses,it is necessary to customize the course content to meet the needs of adult learners,innovate teaching methods to enhance students’engagement and practical ability and cultivate teachers’Civics teaching ability to improve the quality of teaching.Through these measures,the teaching mode of Civics in continuing education courses can be further optimized to realize the organic combination of knowledge education and value leadership,provide support to the sustainable development of Civics in continuing education courses,thus improving the quality of education to achieve the educational goal of cultivating morality and nurturing people.
