摘 要:本文聚焦河北旅游职业学院,深入剖析高职学生在混合式学习模式下学习满意度的影响因素,并提出切实可行的提升策略。通过理论与实证相结合的研究方法,构建理论模型并提出系列假设,运用问卷调查收集数据,借助多种统计分析方法验证假设,明确各因素影响机制。结果显示,教学能力、学生期望、感知质量等多因素显著影响学习满意度。基于此,针对性地提出优化教学、引导期望、提升感知质量等策略,旨在为提高高职学生混合式学习满意度提供理论与实践支撑。This study focuses on Hebei Tourism College and deeply analyzes the influencing factors of higher vocational students'learning satisfaction under the blended learning model.It also proposes practical strategies for improvement.Through a research method that combines theory and empiricism,a theoretical model was constructed,a series of hypotheses were put forward,data was collected through questionnaires,and various statistical analysis methods were used to verify the hypotheses,clarifying the infuence mechanisms of various factors.Theresults show that multiplefactors such as teaching ability,student expectations,and perceived quality significantly affect learning satisfaction.Based on this,strategies such as optimizing teaching,guiding expectations,and enhancing perceived quality were proposed to provide theoretical and practical support for improving the blended learning satisfaction of higher vocational students.
