摘 要:高职院校的扩招政策加剧了学生之间的差异化,传统教学模式已难以满足学生技能培养的需求。研究以建筑材料实验课为例,依据建构主义理论、掌握学习理论、最近发展区理论,借助混合式教学的优势、融合分层教学的特点,设计高职院校实验课混合式分层教学模式。围绕基础性、拓展性、创新性的技能培养目标,梳理实验核心项目与教学内容;按照课前自主预习、课中实践内化、课后巩固拓展的教学流程安排教学活动;通过对教学互动、教学资源、教学对象、课程评价等进行分层设计,满足不同学生的学习需求与技能培养目标。教学实践表明:创新后的教学模式对不同学业背景学生的成绩、课堂参与度、学习主动性等都有良好促进作用,可为加强高职学生技能培养及提高实验课教学质量提供参考。The expansion of enrollment in higher vocational colleges has led to increased student differentiation,and the traditional teaching mode cannot meet the needs of cultivating students'skills.Taking building materials experimental courses as an example for research,based on constructivist theory,mastery learning theory,and the theory of the zone of proximal development,by leveraging the advantages of blended teaching and incorporating the merits of hierarchical teaching,this paper designs a blended hierarchical teaching mode for experimental courses in higher vocational colleges.This mode centers on the skill cultivation goals of being basic,expansive,and innovative,sifts through the core experimental projects and teaching contents;arranges teaching activities according to the teaching process of independent preview before class,practical internalization during class,and consolidation and expansion after class;through hierarchical design of teaching interaction,teaching resources,teaching objects,and course evaluation,it meets the learning needs and skill cultivation goals of different students.Teaching practice shows that the innovative teaching mode exerts a positive impact on improving the grades,classroom participation,and learning initiative of students with different academic backgrounds,providing a useful reference for strengthening the skill cultivation of higher vocational students and enhancing the teaching quality of experimental courses.
