教育实验法在高职院校健康教育中的实践与思考

摘　　要：为探析教育实验法对于提升高职生健康素养水平的实效性,文章选取高职生为研究对象,开展为期3个月的健康教育实验。教育实验前后,分别对两组被试人员的健康素养水平数据进行均值比较、相关性分析和t检验。结果表明:教育实验对于提升高职生健康素养水平具有一定实效。文章基于研究结论,提出构建“1+X”高职院校健康教育模式的研究思路。To explore the effectiveness of the educational experiment method in improving the health literacy level of vocational college students,this study selected vocational college students as the research subjects,and conducted a three-month health education experiment.Before and after the educational experiment,this study conducted a mean comparison,correlation analysis,and t-test on the health literacy level data of the two groups of subjects.The results show that the educational experiment is somewhat effective in improving the health literacy level of vocational college students.Based on the research conclusion,this paper proposes a reform idea of constructing a"1+X"health education model in vocational colleges.
