摘　　要：中国近代护理教育的基石主要构筑于教会医院和官办机构的努力之上。开滦矿务总局,被誉为“中国路矿之源”,在中国近代工业史上占有重要地位,其推动的技术教育显著促进了中国近代职业教育的进步。企业主导的开滦高级护士职业学校,在中国近代职业教育史上具有开创性意义。基于中国近代职业教育发展的宏观视角,深入剖析开滦矿务总局兴办护理教育的动因、教育体系及其鲜明的办学特点,为现今护理教育革新及校企合作提供历史镜鉴。The main body of nursing education in modern China originated from church hospitals and government offices.Kailuan Mining Administration,as “the source of China's road mines”,occupies an important position in the modern industrial history of China,and its technical education has strongly promoted the development of modern vocational education in China.Kailuan Senior Nurse Vocational School,which was established by enterprises,has a pioneering significance in the history of modern vocational education in China.Under the macro background of the development of modern vocational education in China,the motivation,general situation of education system and distinctive school-running characteristics of nursing education in Kailuan were reviewed,which provided historical reference for the development of nursing education and school-enterprise cooperation in running schools.
