摘  要:企业实践能力是高职教师专业发展的基本单元,也是知识转化生产力的催化剂。加强校企合作,提升高职教师的企业实践能力,是理实一体教学的客观需要。针对当前高职教师企业实践面临的参与意识薄弱、政策支持不足、参与通道阻滞和监管考核粗放等问题,应从如下几个方面着手解决:教师树立终身学习理念,增强参与企业实践的意愿;强化政策扶持,健全教师企业实践运行机制;深化校企合作,拓展教师企业实践通道;重视考核监管,完善教师企业实践考评体系。The practical ability in enterprises is the foundation of the professional development of vocational college teachers,and also the catalyst for transforming knowledge into productivity.It is an objective requirement for theory-practice integrated teaching to strengthen college-enterprise cooperation and enhance vocational college teachers’practical ability.In response to the current problems faced by vocational college teachers in enterprise practice,such as weak participation awareness,insufficient policy support,blocked participation channels,and extensive supervision and assessment,the following solutions are proposed:adhere to lifelong learning and enhance teachers willingness to participate in enterprise practice;Strengthen policy support to improve the practical operation mechanism;Deepen college-enterprise cooperation to expand practical channels;Pay attention to assessment and supervision,and improve the practical evaluation system.
