基于临床实践能力的外科护理学课程设置在临床护理教学中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察基于临床实践能力的外科护理学课程设置在临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020—2021级江苏医药职业学院护理专业的90名专科生,将2020级49名专科生设为对照组,将2021级41名专科生设为观察组。对照组采用传统教学方法,观察组在对照组基础上采用基于临床实践能力的外科护理学课程设置,比较两组理论、临床能力考核评分及批判性思维能力。结果观察组理论及临床能力考核评分、中文版批判性思维倾向量表(CTDI-CV)各维度评分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于临床实践能力的外科护理学课程设置能够有效提升护理专业专科生的外科护理学理论知识掌握度、临床实践能力和批判性思维能力。Objective To analyze the application effect of surgical nursing curriculum setting based on clinical practice ability in clinical nursing teaching.Methods A total of 90 junior college students majoring in nursing in Jiangsu Vocational College of Medical from 2020 to 2021 were selected,49 junior college students from 2020 were set as control group,and 41 junior college students from 2021 were set as observation group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the observation group adopted the surgical nursing curriculum based on clinical practice ability on the basis of the control group,the theoretical and clinical ability assessment scores and critical thinking ability of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theory and clinical ability assessment,Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version(CTDI-CV)scores and total scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions The surgical nursing curriculum setting based on clinical practice ability can effectively improve the surgical nursing students'theoretical knowledge,clinical practice ability and critical thinking ability.
