摘　　要：《药物分析实验》课程是一门应用性强、理论与实践紧密结合的核心课程,在药学专业中占据不可替代的重要地位。为应对“互联网+”及“新工科”背景下教育创新所面临的挑战,该文提出一种基于线上与线下深度融合的混合式教学模式,旨在提升学生的自主学习能力和实际操作水平。结合超星学习通和虚拟仿真实验平台,该文有机地将理论课程与实验教学相结合,深入探讨教学资源构建、教学方法创新和考核方式优化等多个方面。同时,通过实际教学实践进行效果分析,并提出进一步的改进措施。实践结果表明,混合式教学模式显著提升学生的学习积极性和实验操作技能,为培养具有创新能力的药学专业人才奠定了重要基础。这一研究为药学教育改革提供了新的思路,也为相关领域的教学创新提供重要参考。The“Drug Analysis Experiment”course is a core course with strong application,closely integrating theory and practice,and holds an irreplaceable position in the pharmacy major.In the face of the educational innovation challenges brought by the“Internet+”and“New Engineering”backgrounds,this paper proposes a blended teaching model based on the deep integration of online and offline methods to enhance students'autonomous learning abilities and practical skills.This paper elaborates on the combination of theoretical courses and experimental teaching based on the Chaoxing Learning Platform and virtual simulation experimental platforms,detailing the construction of teaching resources,innovation in teaching methods,and optimization of assessment methods.Additionally,this paper analyzes the effects based on teaching practices and suggests further improvement measures.The practical results indicate that the blended teaching model significantly enhances students'learning motivation and experimental skills,which is of great significance for cultivating innovative pharmacy professionals.
