摘 要:《义务教育体育与健康课程标准(2022年版)》强调以发展学生核心素养为目标,通过大单元教学设计实现专项运动技能学习的结构化和系统化。然而,当前体育教学实践中仍存在内容碎片化、任务设计与真实情境脱节、核心素养发展难以落实、评价体系单一等问题。基于此,以水平三“节奏与技巧结合下的韵律操成套动作编排”大单元为例,围绕明确教学方向、精准设定学习目标,提取关键概念、把握运动技能核心要素,创设真实情境、深度理解学习任务,串联学习要素、强化知识与技能联系,对接核心素养、以评价促进个性化发展,系统呈现韵律操大单元教学的设计与实现路径,探索提升核心素养发展的实践路径。The Compulsory Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)emphasizes the goal of developing students'core competencies and achieving structured and systematic learning of specialized sports skills through large unit teaching design.However,there are still problems in current physical education teaching practice,such as fragmented content,disconnection between task design and real situations,difficulty in implementing core literacy development,and a single evaluation system.In this regard,the paper takes the unit of“Rhythm Exercise Set under the Combination of Rhythm and Skills”in Level 3 as an example,focusing on clarifying teaching direction,accurately setting learning objectives,extracting key concepts,grasping the core elements of motor skills,creating real situations,deeply understanding learning tasks,linking learning elements,strengthening the connection between knowledge and skills,connecting core literacy,promoting personalized development through evaluation,systematically presenting the design and implementation path of rhythm exercise unit teaching,and exploring the practical path to enhance the development of core literacy.
