河南省康复治疗专业人才需求评估及现状分析

摘  要:对河南省开设康复治疗相关专业院校的学生和开设康复治疗相关科室医院的康复治疗从业人员进行统计分析,对其技能要求进行评估,分析河南省未来康复治疗人才的发展情况。结果显示,相关院校的专业人才数量正逐年增加,但具体治疗方向尚未进一步细致划分,专业人才培养质量有待提高。康复治疗机构的专业人员相对较少,对其的技能要求需要进一步提高。整体上,河南省康复治疗专业人才的培养正处于发展阶段,未来仍有很大的发展空间。鉴于影响康复治疗专业人才质量的原因,相关院校应注重专业设置多样化,通过校企合作等形式丰富学生的实践经验和专业技能。康复治疗机构应加强对专业人员的监管和培训,进一步提高康复治疗人才的专业水平。The study conducts statistical analysis of the students in colleges and hospitals with rehabilitation treatment-related specialties and the rehabilitation practitioners in hospitals with rehabilitation treatment-related departments in Henan Province,evaluates their skill requirements,and analyzes the future development of rehabilitation treatment talents in Henan Province.The results show that the number of professionals in relevant institutions is increasing year by year.However,the specific treatment direction has not been further divided,and the quality of professional personnel training needs to be improved.There are relatively a few professionals in rehabilitation facilities,and the skill requirements for them need to be further improved.On the whole,the training of rehabilitation professionals in Henan Province is in the development stage,and there is still a lot of room for development in the future.In view of the reasons that affect the quality of rehabilitation professionals,relevant colleges and universities should pay attention to the diversification of professional settings,and enrich the practical experience and professional skills of students through school-enterprise cooperation.Rehabilitation treatment institutions should strengthen the supervision and training of professionals,and further improve the professional level of rehabilitation treatment personnel.
