摘 要:为评估儿科护理学临床实践课程的质量并分析其影响因素,采用问卷调查法和主成分分析法探索课程质量的关键维度及其相互关系。结果表明,课程的教学内容设计、实践环境与支持及学生综合能力培养方面的质量较高,且学生对课程的整体满意度较高;影响因素分析显示,教学内容的科学性与临床需求的契合、实践环境的支持力度及学生能力提升的效果是影响课程质量的主要因素。应进一步优化课程设计,加大理论与实践结合的力度,改善实习环境和支持体系,并注重学生综合能力的培养,以提升课程整体质量和学生的职业素养。In order to evaluate the quality of pediatric nursing clinical practice curriculum and analyze its influencing factors,the study conducts questionnaire survey and principal component analysis to explore the key dimensions of curriculum quality and their relationships.The results show that the quality of teaching content design,practical environment and support,and the cultivation of students’comprehensive ability are high.And students’overall satisfaction with the course is high.The analysis of influencing factors shows that the scientific content of the teaching meeting the clinical needs,the support of the practice environment and the effect of students’ability improvement are the main influencing factors of the quality of the course.It is necessary to further optimize the course design,strengthen the combination of theory and practice,improve the internship environment and support system,and pay attention to the cultivation of students’comprehensive ability,so as to improve the overall quality of the curriculum and students’professional quality.
