摘　　要：Breast cancer exhibits the second-highest incidence and fourth-highest mortality rates worldwide based on current global cancer statistics.1Significant advances such as surgical resection, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, endocrine therapy, and the emergence of targeted therapy and immunotherapy have notably enhanced survival outcomes for individuals with early and moderately advanced breast cancer. Metastasis, the process by which an original primary tumor develops in a distal second organ, lacks efficacious treatment modalities for patients with advanced breast cancer. There is an imminent need to investigate novel approaches to treat patients with gastrointestinal metastasis of breast cancer.
