摘  要:“新双高”计划为高职院校的内涵式发展锚定了全新的价值坐标与战略导向,对高职院校教师提出了更高要求。高职院校教师绩效考核如何促进教师能力水平提升,助推高职院校高质量发展,是高职院校当前及今后一段时期需要解决的重大课题。然而,现行的教师绩效考核制度在实施过程中面临着考核指标体系不完善、考核主体单一、考核机制不健全、考核流程不完善、考核结果应用不充分等问题。基于政策制度、学校管理、教师自身及外部环境等四个层面的现实困境成因分析,提出构建科学合理的多元化考核指标体系、建立多元评价主体参与机制、完善考核结果运用及加强绩效考核数智化等突破路径。The “New Double High” Plan has set a new value orientation and strategic direction for the connotative development of higher vocational colleges,putting forward higher requirements for teachers in such colleges.How the performance appraisal of teachers in higher vocational colleges can promote the improvement of teachers' abilities and boost the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges is a major issue that needs to be addressed by higher vocational colleges at present and in the coming period.However,the current teacher performance appraisal system faces problems such as an imperfect appraisal indicator system,a lack of diversification among appraisal subjects,an imperfect appraisal mechanism,an imperfect appraisal process,and insufficient application of appraisal results in the implementation process.This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the causes of the practical dilemmas from four aspects,namely the policy and institution,school management,teachers themselves,and the external environment.Based on this,it proposes breakthrough paths such as constructing a scientific and diversified appraisal indicator system,establishing a participation mechanism for multiple evaluation subjects,improving the application of appraisal results,and strengthening the digital intelligence of performance appraisal.
